When I moved back to the area back in 2016 purchasing a home was at the top of my list.A friend referred me to Paul and we met for coffee to talk New Albany. Soon after Paul let me know I would be working with Sarah. By happenstance, I ended up meeting her at a community meeting that day! that night I met my realtor and a friend!Over the next couple months, we navigated through some doozies, dreamed of how I would make some houses a home, and even dodged a bullet when after putting an offer on a house, discovered some pretty big foundation issues.Sarah and the PKG kept my spirits high, and calmly walked me through restarting the process which lead to me finding my home.Sarah guided me with honest and sometimes sober perspectives.
